I changed into dry clothes and went to search for a boulangerie in the town. I passed uncountable real estate agencies but found no bakery. This was a harsh reminder of what this area is about and really dampened my cheery mood. After quite a search I gave up and walked back to the van. I had started to rain again and was pouring once I reached the van.
I felt like I needed a dry and warm place and so I drove back to the house, stopped at a bakery on the way and got the well-needed croissants. I had the urgently needed breakfast at the house and then continued with my duty of finishing the kitchen furniture. Despite the Mediterranean Sea having been quite active the past few days, I now felt the need to leave.
