On the parking in front of this west facing wall I had seen some cars that clearly belonged to surfers. So, I was prepared to find some surf-able waves here, but what I saw once I climbed that west facing wall was quite astonishing. The swell was far from exceptional, and the breaking waves were exposed to the light but clearly perceptible southwest wind.

Apparently there was a very good shaped reef in front of he headland, reaching out into the sea for about fifty meters, thus creating a point-like right which on the better sets connected from far outside all the way to the shelve underneath the cliffs.

Sets usually came in with two good waves, starting with a speedy first section with a nice open wall, then running into a second peak that demanded some speed to be passed with a nice shoulder on the following section again. At the end off this section you had to make sure to burn your speed and cut back to the curl.
