The right at the jetty was looking good again and I made sure to get out there quick. Swell period had dropped a bit according to the forecast and this meant more waves with less lulls. The tide was quite high and the waves broke with less speed but in very nice form. The two guys and two girls crew plus the fellow longboarder from yesterday were out again too and we had a very nice session until around noon the tide got too high and the waves too weak.

I hung around for another two hours waiting for the tide to drop again. But once it was starting to get deep enough again, the swell had diminished and the wind had turned to a fresh northeast. After a bit of hesitation, I decided to start the drive back home.

On the way south I made a stop at Hvide Sande just to make sure I didnīt miss an opportunity for another session, but it was almost flat. When I restarted the van the battery light on the dashboard didnīt go out again despite the engine obviously properly running. I stopped and restarted the engine a couple of times, but the light kept burning.  I suspected the alternator to have a problem.
