INFO:

Donīt be afraid of the long hours spend in the plane flying down, it is totally worth it! Generally speaking, November to March deliver constant wavesailing conditions, a Waveboard aoraund 80lit and 4.2-5.3 are the best weapon of choice. Shorty or shortsleeved wetsuits are ok, donīt forget to protect yourself against the burning sun!!
You might do some driving along the coast, to explore the various spots and locations, here are some basic informations for your adventure of a lifetime...

Spots:

Lancelin;
All in one; flat water on the inside, 3 different wavespots, showers, lawn & shade for rigging up your gear, very good infrastructure. Famous for the Lancelin Ocean Classic Competition, at the end of January.

Geraldton;
Coronation Beach
We canīt think of another spot that is as perfect for improving your jumps. Flat water on the inside makes it possible to hit the first ramps on the reef at full speed. Only 30km north of Geraldton, even with a hardtop road now and the option to camp right on the spot for a small fee.

Sunset Beach
Shorebreak can get heavy, and you need some swell to get the beachbreak to work. Directly in front of a carvanpark at the northern edge of Geraldton.
