But somehow we made our way back to the Moorings Charterbase, sad that the race was over. The price giving took place directly in the Moorings Base, and to compensate the rolling of the yachts the bar offered a stable and safe place.

Apart from the winners of the event there were a couple of special prices, like the „grief on the reef“ award for the most spectacular crash on one of the treacherous reefs. And a really wild party, that ended like this as far as I remember...:

"...All hands on deck, you lame dogs! Get to the winches! Get up the sails and bring the boat to the wind! And bring me to the horizon....... nanana nanana nanana nana... We are evil villainous, empty your tankards pirates, joho!“

Was it a dream, or reality? Capt. Jack Sparrow would have loved it!
